About this product:
A fully boned leg which is hand trimmed and tied using nine metres of string. The skin is left on and then smoked over German beech. It has many awards including best Christmas Ham. It is Australian made using Australian pork.
Uses are limited by your imagination. Makes a delicious sandwich with a little grained mustard or perhaps a nice tomato salsa or relish. A wonderful meal when sliced with caesar salad or for those cold days served glazed and baked.
