DELIVERY INFORMATION
DELIVERY DETAILS
IF DELIVERY WEEK SELECTED FOR CHRISTMAS, WHOLE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED AS ONE ORDER
All orders must have a total minimum dollar value of $40.
You will receive confirmation of order delivery date the day before.
Our delivery service will be no-contact. All orders will be placed on your front doorstep and we will knock or ring the doorbell. If you are not home, all packages will be packed with an ice pack and left on your front doorstep or in a safe place. Our drivers are unable to redeliver.
Please ensure delivery address details are correct. Packages misplaced due to incorrect delivery address details cannot be refunded or reshipped.
- Delivery service is only available for Melbourne Metropolitan area.
- Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm.
- You will receive your order within 4 business days.
- Services may be affected by public holidays
We do not deliver to PO Boxes - only to street addresses.
DELIVERY COSTS
Minimum order for all delivery zones is $40.
Free delivery within 5 km from us.
Free delivery for orders $80 or over.
Post codes that are not local will incur a $15 delivery fee or Free Delivery for order $80 or over.

PICK UP – BARKLY SMOKEHOUSE THORNBURY
Free pick up is available from our Thornbury store Monday to Friday 7am – 12pm.
