DELIVERY DETAILS - HOME DELIVERIES

Our team deliver in refrigerated vehicles to ensure your order arrives as it should. Once the product is delivered, you are responsible for the items.

We deliver Monday to Friday (except public holidays) 6am - 4pm.

Our delivery service is contactless. All home deliveries will be placed on your front doorstep, and we will knock or ring the doorbell. If you are not home, all packages will be left on your front doorstep or in a safe place. Home delivery means that you agree that this provides us "authority to leave" so please leave detailed delivery instructions for your order at check out.

In the event that we are unable to deliver to you due to inaccessibility, we will leave a "sorry we missed you" card and you will be able to pick up your order directly from us in Thornbury within seven days. If you do not pick up your order within seven days, it will be refunded minus a $25 restocking/administration fee.

REFUNDS CANNOT BE ISSUED FOR NON-DELIVERED ITEMS DUE TO DELIVERY INACCESSIBILITY.

All online orders must have a minimum dollar value of $50 (excluding delivery).

You will receive confirmation of order delivery date and timeframe approximately 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery (excluding weekends). This cannot be changed.

Packages misplaced due to incorrect delivery address details cannot be refunded or reshipped.

You will receive your order within four business days.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes - only to street addresses.

SHIPPING COSTS

Minimum order for all delivery zones is $50 (excluding delivery). Delivery is $20.

PICK UP – BARKLY SMOKEHOUSE THORNBURY

Free pick up is available from our Thornbury warehouse, Monday to Friday 7am – 2pm.
