Refunds cannot be issued for non-delivered items due to delivery inaccessibility.

Any cancelled orders will be charged an administrative and/or restocking fee of $15 to $20.

All online pick-ups need to be picked up within seven days from the initial notification. If not, the order will be cancelled and there will be a restocking fee of $20.

Prices are subject to change, at any time, without prior notification.

Any Barkly Smokehouse approved refunds will be marked as Pending for up to two business days, during which the funds are processed back to you directly via the same payment method. Due to varying processing bank times, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received.
